About Founder
With a proven track record in human capital, management consulting, and sustainability, Poyen has worked with clients across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
Poyen's experience includes roles at a multinational corporation, a Big Four accounting firm, and as a local management consultant in Myanmar.
Following his MBA at IESE Business School, Poyen founded ZC Zeelandia Consulting in the Netherlands and has held leadership positions in ESG consulting, including Associate Director at TCB and Associate Partner at Circular City Worldwide.
Poyen is a GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and holds the CFA Institute ESG Investing Certificate.
攻讀MBA前，Poyen曾任台灣跨國企業⼈資專員，四⼤會計師事務所管理顧問，以及緬甸當地管理顧問。客⼾⾜跡遍佈台灣、東南亞、中東、歐洲以及南美洲。
MBA畢業後，Poyen於荷蘭阿姆斯特丹創辦ZC Zeelandia Consulting，提供企業管理服務，並同世界大型企業聯合會歐洲總部ESG部門合作擔任副總監，並參與新加坡Circular Cities Worldwide顧問公司合作擔任Associate Partner。Poyen也擁有GRI認證永續專家以及CFA永續ESG投資認證。
台灣國⽴成功⼤學企業管理學系畢業；西班牙IESE商學院MBA（經濟學⼈世界第七 ; ⾦融時報世界第五）；英國劍橋⼤學循環經濟及永續策略培訓結業
