About Me

Hello! My name is Po-Yen (Bryan), and I bring a diverse background in human capital, management consulting, and sustainability. With experience spanning across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients.

Before pursuing my MBA at IESE Business School, I held roles as a human resources manager at a multinational corporation, as a management consultant at a Big Four accounting firm, and as a local consultant in Myanmar. Following my MBA, I founded ZC Zeelandia Consulting in the Netherlands, where I provide tailored management solutions. I have also held leadership positions in ESG consulting, serving as Associate Director at TCB and Associate Partner at Circular City Worldwide.

My expertise focuses on three key areas:
