Other EU regulations

For EU regulations outside our main service list, such as ecodesign (ESPR) and the digital product passport, RoHS and REACH, the Cyber Resilience Act or the AI Act, ZC starts with an applicability check to identify the obligations for your products and role, then either supports you directly or refers you to a specialist partner.

01 When this applies

  • A customer or importer asks you to confirm an EU regulation that is not in our service list
  • A new product or market, and you are unsure which EU regulations apply
  • One product range touches several regulations and you want them clarified together

02 How we work

  • Applicability check: based on your products, sales channels and supply-chain role, which regulations apply and from when
  • Gap summary: the documents or processes that are missing and the rough effort to close the gap
  • Next steps: work within ZC’s scope continues as an implementation project; chemical-specific rules (SDS, CLP, PCN/UFI, paint VOC) and single-country sector rules are referred to specialist partners

03 Check the Regulatory Radar first

If you are unsure of the regulation’s name or dates, search the EU Regulatory Radar by keyword or HS code first, then bring the results to a consultation.
