AI 法施行法規：設立人工智慧獨立專家科學小組

本施行法規依 AI 法第68(1)條設立人工智慧獨立專家科學小組，協助 AI 辦公室執行法規，特別是針對通用目的 AI（GPAI）模型的系統性風險提出「合格警示」，並支援會員國市場監督機關。小組成員上限60人，經公開徵選，任期2年可續任，且須獨立於 AI 系統及 GPAI 模型供應商。2025年3月7日通過，2025年3月10日刊登公報，2025年3月30日生效。
