飲水輻射指令
Directive 2013/51/Euratom
本法旨在建立歐盟共同體對飲用水中放射性物質的衛生防護要求，制定氡、三氫及指示劑量之參數值，並規定放射性物質之監測、分析頻率及方法，確保一般公眾免於飲用水中放射性污染之危害。本指令適用於供人類飲用之水，包括自配水網路、油罐車或瓶裝容器供應之水，以及食品生產事業用水，但天然礦泉水及藥品用水除外。
