ESPR 施行法規：未售出消費品丟棄資訊揭露格式
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2
本施行法規依 ESPR 第24(3)條制定，統一大型企業（2030年7月19日起含中型企業）揭露丟棄未售出消費品資訊的細節與格式；微型與小型企業不適用。企業須每年依附件 I 格式，以產品類別（CN 碼）申報丟棄數量、重量、原因及廢棄物處理方式比例。2026年2月9日通過，2026年2月10日刊登公報，2026年3月2日生效，2027年3月2日起適用。
