Objective
EUDR, the Forced Labour Regulation and CSDDD share one core: due diligence. This course helps the team build one system that answers all three and the audits EU customers run.
Outline
- The shared structure: identify, assess, mitigate, track and communicate (the OECD six steps).
- EUDR: Annex I commodities and derived products, plot-level geolocation, due-diligence statements and application from December 2026.
- Forced Labour Regulation: application from December 2027, authority investigations and the evidence a company should hold.
- CSDDD and Omnibus I: the contract clauses and questionnaires Taiwanese suppliers receive after the threshold changes.
- Building the system: supplier tiering, questionnaires, site checks and record keeping.
Outcome
The team can answer three regulations and customer requests with one set of due-diligence documents, and knows which suppliers to prioritise.
