Objective
In two hours or half a day, give executives and department heads a working map of the regulations that will affect products exported to the EU around 2027: what already applies, what has been postponed, which secondary acts are still missing, and how to prioritise.
Outline
- The Green Deal map: product level (PPWR, Battery Regulation, ESPR, digital product passport), supply-chain level (CBAM, EUDR, forced labour, CSDDD), corporate level (CSRD/ESRS, Omnibus amendments).
- Timelines and priorities: distinguishing dates that apply, dates that are “the later of”, and proposals.
- Roles: manufacturer, importer, authorised representative and EPR producer under each regulation.
- Answering customer requests: the questionnaires, declarations and supplier data requests EU customers send, which to sign and which to check first.
- Ownership and resources: a 12-month action list for your product lines.
Outcome
Participants can name the regulations that apply to their products, the next key date, the department responsible, and how to track changes in the ZC EU Regulatory Radar.
Format
Two-hour executive briefing or a half-day course with case discussion; English or Chinese; on site or online. Content is updated as delegated acts and postponements are tracked in the Radar.
