生物殺滅劑規章資料保護期延長
Regulation (EU) 2026/1165
本規章修正生物殺滅劑規章（BPR）第60條與第95條，將2018年6月7日前尚未取得核准決定之活性物質/產品類型組合，其自2018年6月7日起提交之新產生資料的保護期自2025年12月31日延長至2030年12月31日。資料所有人得就2026年1月1日至本規章生效期間因保護空窗而受益之第95條供應商清單業者請求公平補償。
